How to Create an Identity True to Who You Are

Have you ever felt like you have limited say over your daily experiences and/or life’s overall trajectory? Our identity directly influences the quality of our relationships and our lives, as well as the measure of success (or lack thereof) we will experience in pursuing our goals. In today’s episode, we’re talking about how to identify and breathe new life into our beliefs about ourselves and our lives in order to create identities that align with the type of women we aspire to be, the impact we hope to have, and the goals we desire to achieve.
